We offer Canada and USA wide shipping only. All shipping rates are calculated and available shipping methods are displayed at checkout.

Regular Shipping: 2 – 7 Business Days
Please note that these times should be treated as guidelines only. For more remote area please allow for slight delays. Expect delays during holidays and please note that orders are not processed during the weekends.
Processing
The processing time is in addition to the shipping times estimated. Processing your order can take up to 5 business days and orders are not processed over holidays and weekends.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE
RETURN POLICY
When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. You may return new, unused items sold by Karma Athletics within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- All garments must be unwashed and unworn.
- Items should be returned in their original product packaging (including all tags).
- Proof of payment must accompany the garments at time of return.
- Shipping costs are not refunded.
- Sale items may not be returned.

If your package arrives at Karma within the 30-day timeline as per the specifications above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Karma Athletics offers a one time only price adjustment on items purchased at REGULAR price within 14 days of invoice. Please email us at [email protected] indicating your name, the item, the order number and its new price.
Please note we will only credit the credit card used for the original purchase.
CREDIT CARD & INTERAC ONLINE REFUNDS
For refunds or price adjustments we only credit the original account used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All sales are final.
