After your order is being placed through our online store, you will not be able to make any changes to the order details. If you need to change the shipping information or cancel your order for any reason, please contact our Online Support immediately at 1.877.445.2762 during office hour or email to email@example.com with your order number and changes you wish to make. If your order has already been processed through the warehouse, we will not be able to cancel it.
Even though we will do our best to keep up-to-date inventory quantities on our website, there could be an instance where the item you ordered is missing or unfortunately became out of stock and no longer available. If it does happen, you will be contacted within 48 hours about the cancellation. However, if your order contains other items that are in stock, we will still ship them out to you and refund the cost of the unavailable one.

Electronic gift cards are available for purchase online only. This type of card is delivered via email and can be redeemed on the website
Gift cards should be treated like cash as they cannot be replaced. Gift cards are final sale.
How to redeem?
To redeem your gift card, you only need to enter your gift card code at check out under Payment method. If the gift card balance is more than the order total, the order total amount will be deducted from the gift card, and the remaining balance will be left in the gift card. You can use the same code for another purchase as long as there is balance left in the gift card. More than one gift card be used towards a purchase.
How to check gift card balance?
