The processing time is in addition to the shipping times estimated above. Processing your order can take up to 5 business days and orders are not processed over holidays and weekends.
Duties and charges
Customer is responsible for any additional charges including extra taxes, duties and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package.
When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. You may return new, unused items sold by Karma Athletics within 45 days of order for online orders or 14 days for in-store purchases, for a refund or exchange. Simply email us for a request authorization and we will provide you with documents for a free return shipping. However, a handling and processing fee of $7 will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
- Items should be returned in their original product packaging (including all tags). Items must be unwashed, unworn and not damaged including but not limited to smoke, stains, scents, odors, or anything deemed to make the item(s) non-resellable. If the items are deemed non-returnable, it is up to the customer’s discretion to arrange shipping if they prefer the item sent back to them.
- Shipping costs are not refunded.
Accessories, gift cards, and sale items are non-refundable. You may request an exchange for size or colour on sale items. However, items marked as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged.
Online purchase returns
Email us to request for a return authorization. Then include the document with the returning item(s) in their original product packaging (including all tags). Simply return the package to:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it for any issues. If all is well, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7 business days. Accessories, gift cards, and sale items are non-refundable. Store credit will be issued for returning sale items in original condition, excluding final sale items.
In-store purchase returns
You can return your in-store purchases in-store or online. You have up to 14 days from purchase date to contact us for return and must meet the criteria above.
Online purchase exchanges
Please make sure all returning items for exchange fulfill the conditions in our return policy. Then contact us about your request within 45 days of placing your online order, and we will do our best to assist you. Or once you receive your full refund use our website or nearby store again to buy the item you’d like in the correct size and colour.
In-store purchase exchanges
Exchanges for purchases made in store could be handled either in store or online. You have up to 14 days from purchase date to contact us for exchange and must meet the return criteria.
For refunds or price adjustments, we only credit the original account used to make the original purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for your credit to appear on your statement.
