    Shipping

    HOLIDAY ORDERS

    We recommend ordering before December 15th to get it before Christmas Day. The shipping time may be longer for remote areas.

    Our fulfillment centres will be closed from December 24th to December 27th and on January 2, 2017. Purchases made after December 22nd will resume processing and shipping on December 28th 2016 and January 3rd, 2017 respectively.

    PROCESSING

    The processing time is in addition to the shipping times estimated. Processing your order can take up to 5 business days and orders are not processed over holidays and weekends.

    DUTIES AND CHARGES

    Customer is responsible for any additional charges including extra taxes, duties and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package.

    Return Policy

    When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. You may return new, unused items sold by Karma Athletics within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

    • Items should be returned in their original product packaging (including all tags). Items must be unwashed, unworn and not damaged including but not limited to smoke, stains, scents, odors, or anything deemed to make the item(s) non-resellable.
    • Shipping costs are not refunded.

    Accessories, gift cards, and sale items are non-refundable. You may request an exchange for size or colour on sale items.

    Extended Holiday Returns (In-Store and Online)

    Shopping for a gift? We are extending the last day to request returns to January 15th, 2017 for all purchases made in-store and online from November 15, 2016. Simply visit a store or email us your request for a refund/exchange before January 15th 2017 or within 30 days of delivery, whichever is later. Your return/exchange must meet the criteria above.

    How to do a Return

    If you contact online@karmaathletics.com before shipping your package to state your return, we will send you a return notification and waybill via e-mail. This can be used on your package for free shipping.

    If your package arrives at Karma within the 30-day timeline as per the specifications above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7 business days. 

    Store Returns

    You can return your in-store purchases in-store or online. You have up to 14 days from purchase date to contact us for return and must meet the criteria above.

    Exchanges

    If you wish to do exchange instead of return, please make sure all returning items fulfill the conditions in our return policy. Then contact us about your request, and we will do our best to assist you. Or once you receive your full refund use our website or nearby store again to buy the item you’d like in the correct size and colour.

    Store Exchanges

    You can exchange your purchases made in store to online. You have up to 14 days from purchase date to contact us for exchange and must meet the return criteria.

    Online Refunds

    For refunds or price adjustments, we only credit the original account used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
